A new independent contact center company with all affiliated services using the latest technology. Our goal is to be your full services outsourced provider for all your contact center needs. With our state of the art facilities and talented employees your success can be assured and as professionals, we also enjoy the challenge of growing with you. A modern industrial estate, the freeport is in a strategic location that is complemented with high tech infrastructure and an international airport put in place by the government. With a growing labour force, the Clark Freeport Zone also serves as the centre of IT business, BPO, leisure, fitness, entertainment and gaming in Central Luzon and is a major hub for the country’s business process outsourcing, aviation, education and tourism sectors.

Our Facilities

Facilities are complete with air-conditioning, noise reducing carpeting, all imported cubicles, and imported luxury comfortable chairs. The facility has ample parking spaces and boasts a canteen for employees. The facility is located in a green area with abundant greenery and trees next to the main road of Clark Freeport leading to the numerous Duty-Free shops and is only walking distance to Clark airport.

We rent out on a per seat basis and prices will depend on:

1. Number of seats required?
2. With without workstations?
3. Time required in hours, days, weeks, months?
4. Assistance required?
5. Other special requirements?

Our site is located in the Clark Freeport Zone. We can accommodate between 70-300 agents on 2 floors of the site. Since Covid we have socially distanced work stations so as to provide a safe and secure work environment for our employees. A modern industrial estate, the freeport is in a strategic location that is complemented with high tech infrastructure and an international airport put in place by the government.
